A perfect representative of this type of cheese with its inimitable aroma of fresh mushroom. Beautifully prominent are hints of moss, butter, sour cream and yeast as well – and the reserved touches of ammonia are typical. The mushroom aromas develop on the palate. Fresh and sour cream come to the fore and suggest a delicately acidic note. They are accompanied by a melange of chestnut, malt and yeast in the silky and creamy texture.
