The first impression is created by the seemingly sweet cream, coupled with sour cream. It opens up to reveal notes of ripe pineapple, the tang of meadow flowers, fine marzipan and toasted white bread. Cream and sour cream dominate the flavour. Pineapple introduces an invigorating freshness, framed by walnut, almond and light caramel. In keeping with its maturity, the body ranges from compact to firm. Initially somewhat mellow, it increasingly develops a melt-in-the-mouth fullness.
