On the nose, rich aromas of dried fruit and peanut are refreshed by notes of ripe passion fruit and citrus. Hints of cream and malt bring about a sweetish association. The taste impression begins darkly aromatic: malt, cocoa, dark caramel give off a calm and at the same time noble impression. Fresh and animating, ripe citrus, hazelnut and sweet cream butter mix in. The crumbly-creamy texture of the cheese is softened by crystalline inclusions.
