Toasted white bread and malt are the dominant aromas. Buttermilk adds a milky and delicately acidic component. It is charmingly completed by honey, nutmeg and hay. The impressions on the palate of delicate malt and light caramel are similar. They are complemented by walnut, boiled potato, ripe citrus fruit and creamy nuances. The texture is delightfully compact and mellow and reveals a wonderfully smooth feel on the palate. A cheeky interplay of sweet and savoury flavours lingers in the aftertaste.
