The fresh rind exudes a fine, malty and roasted bouquet, while aromas of fresh hay, young timber, chestnut and buttermilk open up in the body. Malty notes are dominant in the flavoursome bouquet, framed by exciting components of buttermilk, sweet cream and yeast and freshened up with invigorating notes of apple and passion fruit. The mellow and seemingly compact body reveals a delicate succulence that becomes increasingly smooth.
