Fresh bouquets of sour cream, citrus fruit and meadow flowers accompany the charmingly malty aroma. Yeast and ammonia lurk pleasantly in the background, lending the cheese a slightly cheeky note. Dark caramel and toasted white bread are prominently discernible on the palate. They blend with meadow flowers, chilli, leather and sour cream to create a coherent and equally exciting impression. The body is also wonderfully mature with a compact, mellow structure which feels pleasingly smooth on the palate. Playfully invigorating sweet and saline components are interspersed in this harmonious bouquet.
