Featuring buttermilk, white bread and light caramel, the lingering flavour is significantly more breezily aromatic than expected. Roast peanut is again represented, accompanied by ammonia and highlighted by boiled potato. The soft, silky and delicately melting texture is peppered with salty notes, which lend the cheese an additionally exciting quality.
